Midnight Sun Namibia Property Agreement

Midnight Sun Mining Corp is a mineral exploration and development company that trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MMA.

On August 16, 2011 the Company announced has entered into an agreement dated July 28, 2011 with Logwood Investments Inc., a closely held Namibian Corporation at arms length to the Company, whereby the Company has acquired the option to earn a 60% interest in certain mineral properties in Namibia.
