Vancouver, British Columbia, May 23, 2014 — Midnight Sun Mining Corp. (the “Company” or “Midnight Sun”) (TSX-V: MMA) is pleased to provide an update on the non-brokered private placement (the “Placement”) announced March 27, 2014. The Company is encouraged by the market response to the Placement and expects the Placement to close on or before May 30th.
The private placement offering, including the future issuance of common shares and warrants, is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day pursuant to applicable securities laws.
